Who We Are
Our team specializes in ceiling work: texture removal, skim coating, retexturing, drywall patching, and priming and painting. Because ceiling work is what we do, we bring the containment plastic, scrapers, taping knives, and texture sprayers needed to keep the job controlled and the rest of the room protected. We also protect floors, furniture, and fixtures with plastic sheeting and masking before work begins, and we clean up the space once the job is finished.
How We Approach Each Project
When you reach out, we start by asking about the room, the ceiling's current texture or condition, whether there's visible cracking or water staining, and roughly how large an area is involved. That gives us a starting picture before anyone sets foot on the property.
From there we look at the ceiling in person: how the texture is holding up, whether the drywall underneath is sound, and whether the surrounding walls, trim, or lighting will need extra protection during the work.
Once you're comfortable with the plan, we schedule the work around your household and walk you through what to expect on the day, including how the room will be protected and roughly how long the job will take.

Choosing The Right Finish
Not every ceiling needs full texture removal. Sometimes skim coating over the existing texture gets you a smooth, modern surface without the mess of scraping everything down to bare drywall. Other times, especially if only one room is being redone, retexturing to match the surrounding ceilings makes more sense than mixing a smooth ceiling with textured ones next door. Cracks, gouges, or old water stains usually call for a proper patch and float before any primer or paint goes on, since paint alone won't hide a rough or uneven surface. We'll walk you through which option fits your ceiling once we've had a look at it.
Older Lincoln Ceilings
Lincoln has a lot of housing stock from eras when spray-applied popcorn texture was standard on ceilings, and it's worth knowing that some building materials from those decades used asbestos fibers, particularly in older construction products. That doesn't mean every textured ceiling contains it, but if your home was built before the material was phased out, it's a good idea to have the ceiling evaluated by a qualified asbestos professional before any scraping or sanding begins. We're glad to talk through the timeline of your home and whether that step makes sense before we schedule removal work.

Where We Work
Getting Started
If you're ready to talk about your ceiling, describe the texture, any visible damage, which rooms are involved, and the property location when you reach out. That's the fastest way for us to give you useful next steps instead of a generic answer that doesn't fit your home.
Call (402) 204-3584 to talk with our crew about your ceiling project, or send details through our contact form and we'll follow up.
